On the last day in Hong Kong, thinking of what we should do, we stopped at Central Hong Kong station, walking deliberately along the busy street, enjoying the breeze of concrete jungle and accidentally passed by Mandarin Oriental. With no reservations, we tried our luck to dineĀ in Mandarin Oriental. We waited at the lobby while they are setting up the table. It was prepared within 15 minutes. We came to the entrance by elevator and was greeted by a smartly dressed waiter and so he was our appointed attendant. Being introduced of what areĀ their specialties, husband and I ordered our food. I could not recall what was the menu since it was 3 months ago, but I would like to share with you how well decorated the food was. Not only that, the food taste and service are top notch. This is one of the fortuitous dinner I ever had.
Here you go.

The second main dish: Wagyu beef covered with leave pattern chocolate, served Medium Rare.

*p/s: How I wish I have noted down the name each of the dishes we have taken.
Till then.
